Actually, we can say most of the people who live in the developed countries have been accepted using terrorist way to against terrorist after 911.

In the eyes of the Government of United States America, Snowden is a criminal, and had done the evil things for his country.

But, the evil things done by Snowden revealed lot of terrible things had also done by the Government of United States America. 

In this case, can we say using the way of terrorist to against terrorist?
